Dr. Yutaka Kawase, Chairman of the Board

Yutaka Kawase, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician in Overland Park, KS with a multi-cultural practice. Dr. Kawase developed a love for medicine from his family and considers it is his spiritual calling. He has served, prayed, and given to both local inner city and…

  • … International missions for decades. After 8 years serving in emergency medicine and assisting in church-planting in the Appalachian Mtn. region, he and his wife, Sue, moved to Kansas City, where they've raised their five children (now 4 grands!). During their teen years, the family travelled to Asia for short term missions. Presently, Yutaka and Sue enjoy hosting, retreats, marriage mentoring and family dynamics as it relates to cross-cultural opportunities. He feels honored to serve All Nations.

Dr. Juergen Kramer

Juergen lives in Hamburg and is leading the work of All Nations in Europe. He is a church planter as well as a successful businessman, who leads his own consulting practice for senior business leaders. He has supported missions work in many countries around the globe through visits, training and coaching since 2003.

  • 2015 became a year of a new focus. The immense influx of Muslim refugees to Germany created the opportunity and need for developing a focused missional team that has planted churches among various unreached people groups in the diaspora. Juergen holds a M.A. and a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Hamburg, Germany He is married to Monika, and they have two daughters and three grandsons.

Dr. Mary Ho

Mary is the International Executive Leader of All Nations. She leads the All Nations International Leadership Team (ILT) and the Global Support Team. Mary is passionate about finishing the Great Commission in this generation by making disciples in every remaining unreached people group of the world.

  • Born in Taiwan and raised on four continents, Mary has lived in Swaziland, Taiwan, Indonesia, New Zealand, Philippines, Hong Kong, and the U.S., and traveled extensively. She served for four years in World Vision Taiwan and World Vision Hong Kong. In World Vision Taiwan, Mary was the Manager of the International Ministry Department. She received her doctoral degree in strategic leadership from Regent University, VA in 2017. She is married to John and has two boys.

Ms. Jeanette Miller

Jeanette Miller, RN, BSN, CCRN, grew up in Overland Park, Kansas, and graduated from the University of Kansas’ School of Nursing. For most of her career, she practiced as a critical care nurse, most recently in the surgery department at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.

  • She also volunteers as a nurse at Camp Barnabas, a Christian summer camp in the midwest serving children with special needs. In addition, Jeanette has traveled with her husband to Guatemala and Mexico with the Medical Missions Foundation, an international non-profit based out of Kansas City that provides surgical care for underserved communities around the world. For more than two decades, Jeanette has been involved with Bible Study Fellowship, an international in depth bible study, having served in leadership positions with both women and children. At her lifelong home church of Colonial Presbyterian Church in Kansas City, Jeanette serves on the missions council, has led a marriage ministry class, been involved with women’s ministry and spent several years teaching teens in Sunday School.  When not on the pickleball courts, Jeanette loves reading, running, gardening and hosting any kind of gathering in her home.  Yet her foremost passion is her family where she has spent her favorite moments in life with her husband Mark of 32 years, and their three grown daughters, RuthAnn, Sarah-Grace, and Lois.
