International Leadership Team

The International Leadership Team exists to guide, guard and govern the All Nations movement and its member churches. It is apostolic, but not hierarchical; the senior leader is senior among equals. Decisions are made through prayer and consensus wherever possible. There are no term limits set on ILT members, but they do regularly assess succession and new appointment needs. This team follows biblical church leadership practices and principles. Each team member submits major decisions to the team (particularly where it might impact the broader All Nations global organization).
