Description:
Jesus mandates the whole church to "make disciples of all nations" or literally, all people groups. In this day and age of global internet access and heightened security measures, should churches still send workers to high-risk areas? Today, 85% of all least reached frontier people groups have less than one Christian among every 1,000 persons. Someone from the outside has to go in with the Gospel. Come join this panel of experienced experts to grapple with what it takes to send workers to finish the Great Commission in this generation.

Roundtable Session Leader Participants:
This upcoming roundtable discussion will be led by Dr. Mary Ho, International Executive Leader of All Nations International. Assisting her will be Pastor Jimmy Seibert, Antioch Movement Founder and Antioch Waco Senior Pastor, and Dr. Anna E Hampton, Barnabas International Member Care and Risk Specialist.
Panelist Background:
Dr. Mary Ho is the International Executive Leader of All Nations International. She received her Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Virginia-based Regent University. She is married and has two sons.
Jimmy Seibert is a pastor, author, leader and international speaker. He and his wife Laura have a life-long commitment to family and the Great Commission being fulfilled in their lifetime. They and a group of friends founded Antioch Ministries International in 1987 and Antioch Community Church in 1999. Over the last 30 years Jimmy and Laura have expanded a small gathering into an international movement of churches that train and send men and women around the world spreading the life-saving message of Jesus. Today Jimmy serves as the founder and senior pastor of Antioch Waco, and senior leader of the Antioch Movement. Jimmy's book, Passion and Purpose: Believing the Church Can Still Change the World, tells their story and seeks to inspire others to live with a passion for Jesus and His purposes in the earth. He and Laura's book, Parenting Without Regret: Raising Kids with Purpose Not Perfection, retells their journey of raising their four kids, Abby, Lauren, Caleb and Daniel, and now continuing to love their expanding family. You can find a link to his website here. Some of his experiences are also recorded here for you to view.
Dr. Anna Hampton is a global risk consultant and specialist on theology of risk. Anna has almost thirty years of ministry experience, raised her family in Afghanistan and Turkey and serves with her husband, Neal, with Barnabas International, providing pastoral support to Gospel workers ministering in dangerous areas. A revised edition of Anna's other book, Facing Danger: A Guide Through Risk, is forthcoming in early 2024. Anna holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Bethel University and a Doctor of Religious Studies from Trinity Theological Seminary (Indiana). She may be contacted at Theology of Risk or followed on Instagram at Theology.of.Risk.
In a world where front-line Kingdom advancement is increasingly dangerous, resilience and endurance requires risk savviness and fear management. Dr. Hamptons' NEW book, Facing Fear, covers a wide range of topics beyond the practical theology of risk covered in Facing Danger. Facing Fear includes a discussion on the global challenge of violence, the New Testament Greek background of persecution, discernment in risk, ethics, decision-making, situational awareness, how to think in risk, risk communication, and much more.
