Our 2026 theme is: Making Disciples Right Where You Are.
As we continue unpacking this theme in a logical manner, our next roundtable in October will address the issue: ministering and sharing without a platform.
We know you’ll be blessed. Please plan to join us for this roundtable and for the others planned in 2026 (see dates/times below.) Reserve the times on your calendar now. Note: This year, our roundtables sessions are 90 minutes to make sure we are discussing practical concepts and going deep in key areas. This allows for deeper dives and for space for God to speak to each participant. There will be a time of prayer and reflection.

Making Disciples Right Where You Are:
We are all ministers
The Harvest is ripe! Are you ready to share about Jesus? As believers and cross-cultural missions workers and trainers, we absolutely know that God will equip each individual that He calls. We do not need a grand platform first before feeling confidant to begin sharing about our personal testimony and relationship with Jesus with our friends, family, and community. We also don’t need to wait until we’ve proven ourselves by being a grand speaker. Neither do we need to expect that we need to be recognized or given a title or a big ministry to be a disciple of Jesus. The challenge in the Bible of being a disciple begins first with our simple obedience to do whatever the Holy Spirit tells each individual to do and partner with Him. He’s more than capable of equipping us with His knowledge, strategy, and He will tell us what He’s already doing among the hearts of those He’s put on our hearts to reach.
This Mission's Edge Roundtable undoubtedly be a lively discussion as we discuss misperceptions, challenges, and questions or fears. We'll learn together and pray for the Lord to inspire us even more to hear from His heart and learn to lean more fully on Him.

Mary Jane*
Mary Jane is from the Netherlands and is an All Nations worker focused on a region in Asia. After working as a self-employed career coach and trainer, Mary Jane started following her Lord’s passion – love of His bride. When Jesus returns, will He find us caring for His bride? Together with others who also have this call, she wants to rethink how the Church globally will become the Church of God as He intended her to be. In a world where the church is being ignored, it is time to bring the Church to the people – not the people to the Church. To learn more about the people group she is focused on currently, link here. Mary Jane was trained through All Nations’ Church Planting Experience (CPx) training in 2019.
Jonathan Nolan
Jonathan is a member of the All Nations International Leadership Team and he also leads/directs All Nations’ Business for Movements ministry and Pioneer Disciple Maker (PDM) ministries. Jonathan has served as a missionary and disciple-maker since 2008. Prior to joining All Nations, Jonathan planted churches among young people from 2003-2008. Jonathan has always been a bi-vocational worker. Since 2009 he has started and grown multiple businesses. Most of them have been focused on online marketing, e-commerce and sales in The Netherlands, Spain and the USA.
His biggest passion has always been making disciples and planting churches among the neglected. He has planted churches in The Netherlands, Spain and has trained people in church-planting all over the world. Jonathan has a bachelor of science degree and master of science degree in human movement sciences from Amsterdam-based Vrije Universiteit in The Netherlands.
Jonathan is Dutch and is married to Christina. They have three children and reside in The Netherlands.
Connie*
Connie will share more about herself at the live event. She was also was trained through All Nations’ Church Planting Experience (CPx) in 2019.
Pastor Dirk Alspach
Pastor Alspach has served in pastoral ministry for more than 20 years, with a deep passion for preaching and teaching God’s Word. Known for his approachable style and ability to connect with people of all ages, he has faithfully served churches while helping others grow in their understanding of Scripture. Dirk earned a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Missions from Vennard College and later completed a Master of Ministry from the Evangelical School of Ministry. He and his wife, Rita, have four children and nine grandchildren who live across the country.
