To All Concerned,

We are writing this in response to a disturbing notification sent to us from the Board of All Nations Kansas City Hub (ANKC). We'll try to be brief and to the point with these things we believe should be shared with you.

The ANKC Board has made a claim against All Nations International (ANI) and its International Leadership Team (ILT) which we believe is unsubstantiated and untrue. We believe this because of our experience with ANI as ANI field workers and the ongoing personal relationships that we have with individual members of the ILT.

In this notification, the ANKC Board states that a report of grievances against an ILT member was submitted to ANI and the ILT by an ANKC field worker. This report was not commissioned or sanctioned by any All Nations entity. It's the Board's opinion that this report warranted a third-party investigation. It's also stated that there were ongoing grievances and allegations being made against other individuals involved with the ILT which the Board made known to ANI and the ILT. The Board claims these things were not handled with the seriousness they warranted and therefore are separating the ANKC Hub from ANI and the ILT.

In short, ANI and the ILT didn't take action in the way that the ANKC Board wanted them to.

What isn't mentioned by the Board is the action that ANI and ILT members did take to respond to and resolve these grievances. Measures were taken on a number of levels to apply biblical accountability with openness and transparency to bring about resolution. These measures have proven to be fruitful and are still in effect today.

To give grounds for their action, the ANKC Board stated that they have a "mandate to protect and support" those under their care. This is a core value that ANI and the ILT have instilled and maintained in every AN Hub...one that we are very familiar with.

While serving in a Middle Eastern muslim country, we experienced ministry misconduct by a co-worker. Without justification, this person forced us out of the work and ministry God called us to. All Nations International and members of the International Leadership team came to our aid to provide the personal support and encouragement we needed to get through this deeply hurtful ordeal. This is the heart they have not only for field workers but for all who work with them to reach nations with the love of Jesus.

Sadly, ANKC Board members aren't choosing to protect and support their leaders who have cared for them and appointed them to their positions.

Biblical resolution and interpersonal reconciliation have been the hallmark of how ANI and the ILT have functioned and conducted themselves in their ministry. Their taking of responsibility and exercising accountability have been done with genuine humility and love for all involved. We believe this is how true godly authority is exercised.

ANKC Board members are free to resign from their ANI appointed positions and move on to other ministry endeavors more in line with their administrative preferences. However, they're not free to presume they have the authority to remove ANI and the ILT from overseeing and directing the ministry ANI leaders established at the ANKC Hub and all ANI Hubs. The action the Board is taking to do so is causing division and dissension within AN Hub ministries. It's also causing confusion and doubt among those who financially support the ministry of ANI and its leaders.

ANKC Board members have made personal sacrifices to maintain and help grow the ministry that's been conducted at the ANKC Hub. We, and many others, are very grateful for their many labors of love. However, they did not establish the Hub and they have not sustained it. Jesus has. He's done so through the faithful obedience and loving sacrifice of ANI, the ILT, and their supporters. He will continue doing so with those who are humble in heart, who seek the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

The action ANKC Board members are taking is neither peaceable nor easily entreated. It's divisive and is causing many to be deeply hurt.

This brings an important question to mind.

How can anyone genuinely minister Jesus' reconciliation to the lost if they're not willing to reconcile with other believers as He has called them to do? The honest answer is, they can't. Jesus doesn't build on resentment and He doesn't bless hypocrisy.

We hope that the ANKC board members have a change of heart and choose to reconcile with ANI and the ILT. This will truly glorify Jesus and be hugely rewarding for all if they do.
