Tracey Chen Commissioned Taiwan Hub Leader
This November, we celebrate the 28th anniversary of Floyd and Sally McClung founding All Nations. So, it is with great joy that we, the International Leadership Team (ILT), announce Tracey Chen as our new All Nations Taiwan Hub leader and executive director!
This weekend, All Nations International Leadership Team Members Matt and Elizabeth Chen and John and I officially commissioned Tracey and launched the Taiwan hub to mobilize, train, and send Chinese-speaking workers for the harvest! We did so at the Living Water Christian Church (LWCC) missions service in Tainan where we took time to once again celebrate Founder Floyd McClung’s legacy. I shared on the urgency of the hour for Chinese-speakers to finish the race. We then commissioned Tracey!
Tracey is an apostolic worshiper. Her passion for missions was birthed out of worship, prayer, and the prophetic. She has the complementary blend of both leadership and administration. She has years of experience leading multiple ministries and launching several apostolic initiatives, including the house of prayer (ANHOP) and missions department for Living Water Christian Church, and now our new All Nations hub. Tracey’s key passion is to disciple, mobilize, and release the next generation of young people to be workers in the end-time harvest.
Matt and Elizabeth who discipled and know her best share, “Tracey is a faithful loyal risk taker who has been consistently faithful to the Lord and the body for about 20 years! We love her heart of worship and ability to strengthen herself in the Lord. And she is multi-gifted and uses those gifts so well to expand the Kingdom.” In order to guide, govern and protect, each All Nations Hub is overseen by a member of the All Nations Leadership Team. The Taiwan hub will be overseen by Elizabeth Chen who will continue to be a mentor and guide to Tracey as she leads.
We want you to know Tracey better! Please see a message from Tracy below and learn more directly from her!
Let us celebrate, support, and pray for Tracey as she forms a team to mobilize Chinese-speakers to finish the race!

Message from Tracey Chen:
I was born and raised in Tainan, Taiwan. Sharing my family’s passion for sports, I played basketball at the collegiate level and now use my love of the game as an opportunity to reach unbelievers in my city. My dad was a professional soccer coach and often traveled internationally bringing back stories of the different countries and cultures he visited. These stories ignited a curiosity and interest in me for other cultures.
Like most Taiwanese, I was raised in a family with traditional Buddhist beliefs. During Japan’s rule of Taiwan, myancestors played a role in the Wushe Rebellion. They sacrificed themselves for the nation’s sake. As a result, they are worshipped as gods in temples today. From a young age, I was filled with pride due to who my ancestors were, and Ibelieved that they would protect and guide me.
I lost all faith in my traditional beliefs at 17 however, when my family fell into financial trouble, and I suddenly lost hearing in my ears. It was a dark and difficult few years for me; I lost all purpose and direction. Then, one day my uncle invited me to go to Living Water Christian Church’s first ever summer camp. During the camp, God worked in my heart, and I received the greatest comfort: I met Jesus. After leaving camp, my first thought was “Jesus is enough for me.” From that day on, I never picked up incense to worship again, and I started going to church. I knew that my life was in the hands of Jesus.
After graduating college, I started working full-time at Living Water Church. After a few years, I left to start another job. During the time away, I came to an even deeper understanding that God had called me to full-time ministry. Ireturned to the church full time and started building the youth group. Later, I served in the House of Prayer, and then as the church’s head administrator.
Eventually, after serving in multiple departments, I became head of the Missions Department. My time invested in the House of Prayer had cultivated a burden in my heart for the nations, and I now had the opportunity to lead and train short term mission trips. As I started traveling for ministry, the memories of my dad’s stories from his soccer trips also helped me to recognize the beauty in every culture.
One trip however brought our team to a city in China with a large Muslim population. I remember standing in the city, caught amidst the smells of unfamiliar foods and Muslim worship contrasted with the signs and symbols of traditional Chinese beliefs. I felt in my spirit that the city was spiritually dead. There were many devoted people there following the rules of their religion, but there was no hope.
In that moment, I asked God, “What do I need to sacrifice? What needs to be done in order for these people to know you?” I was looking at a small people group, but I knew there were many more people groups, cities, and countries living in this hopelessness and fear. After visiting various countries, I felt God’s love for the lost, and his passion to bring them home over and over again. Because of this, I have decided I want to respond to His call and enter into thisnew season and mission.
At a time when most people are settling down, I hope to fly. I am excited about and welcome this new season as I respond to God’s call on my life and trust his leadership. It is a great and glorious honor to partake in God’s end-time plan.
