Chinese Missions Movement

Mission's Edge Roundtable April 2022 Session:

We are living in a global "traffic jam" whereby Jesus is calling mission workers from everywhere to everywhere! Missionaries are now coming from the east and the west, the north and the south. We will compare and contrast the missions development of four of the world's top sending nations: United States (#1), Brazil (#2), China (#6), and the United Kingdom (#7). We will especially highlight the uniqueness and future outlook of the Chinese missions movement.

This Mission's Edge roundtable is based on the article by Dr. Mary Ho and Dr. Rudolf Mak, "The Uniqueness of the Chinese Mission Movement--Past, Present, and Future," published in December 2021 by Sage Publishing in the International Bulletin of Mission Research (IBMR) © "All Rights Reserved." The article is available to download (with permission from Sage Publishing).
