Shalom! When I was thinking about what I can share with you, I thought of very many things. I thought of missions, church planting, business - I thought of very many things! But this is what he touched my heart with most: leadership. I asked God, okay why leadership? This is the picture I got about leadership. I come to know or to realize that the way we call ourselves leaders is something different. All of us we can be leaders but to be a leader with the heart of the Father is really different, of which in the Kingdom of the Lord we have to have the heart of the Father because that is who he is. Some of us are like, yeah we are leaders: how many groups are you leading, I have 10 churches, I'm the one who is leading them all, they are under me, I have this group of people, I’m their leader.

But do we really understand what it means to be a leader? I think some of us we don't know what it takes to be a leader. All of us, we know who a leader is. Some say that a leader is a person who leads a certain group towards a certain destination. A leader is a person who has a vision and a mission towards something. But I've come to realize that there are two types of leaders. There is a person who is just a leader with with just a mission of doing something; and there is another leader who has the heart of the Father: those are two different people. The one with the heart of the Father and the one who is just to lead some people towards a certain destination, towards something, those who just want to achieve something, those who are doing projects. Many leaders say, We have a project, we need to accomplish this! Someone can be a leader to take those people through until they finish that project. But a leader with the heart of the Father is someone else. And this is what I have discovered about that!
